The Greater St. Louis Hispanic Festival will return for three big days in September, and will feature loads of family activities. The last two events brought out crowds for the music and dancing, great food, and children’s pavilion. In addition to an exotic petting zoo for kids, we’ve got to see some fabulous low-rider cars on display, too.
